Casa Verde, a famous ribs restaurant in Cebu is now open in UP Town Center in Quezon City. They have recently just opened a few weeks ago so expect things to still be a bit disorganized. Case Verde has 3 branches in Cebu and they are well established there. It’s a local Filipino-owned restaurant that serves huge servings of ribs in an American style diner.Even if new, they are quite popular so there is often a line of people waiting for seats. Its interiors are new but nothing fancy. Take the tables than the booths if you can as the booths tables are so high that its quite uncomfortable from the chair’s heights.
On their menu, their orders are good for one ideally but its quite big so if you are not a big eater, you can share them. The best seller at Casa Verde is the Brian’s Ribs. It’s a big platter of tender pork ribs. It comes with a small scoop of rice and some corn & carrots sidings. Priced at Php 250, it is a fair value.
If ribs is not your fancy, they have alot of other menu options that you can try. We all ordered the Brian’s Ribs so I couldn’t review more at the moment but I heard their fish and chips are also not bad. Here are some snaps of their menu.
